Many things can be said about the world of boudoir photography. Some say its about beauty, glamour, and elegance. Others say it is about self-love, confidence and empowerment. To me, a boudoir portrait session is all of those things and more.

Je Suis = I am

This is an unfinished sentence, because it is up to you to complete it. Your boudoir session should be about pausing your everyday life, to figure yourself out. Empty your mind from your never ending to-do list, and focus on you. It is too easy to lose yourself in your responsibilities- being a mother, a wife, a superstar employee.

Confidence is often lost in self-doubt. Self-respect is lost in trying to fit in. Pride is lost when we have no more milestones, or achievements in our futures. Too many women try to reach impossible standards, and lose themselves with trying to fulfill everyone's needs, except their own.
